On 10 November 2017, at the annual General Assembly of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, President of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, Vice-President of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Director of the "AEROCOSMOS" Research Institute, Academician V.G. Bondur, was elected a Foreign Member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences for his great contribution to scientific and technical cooperation between Russia and China.
